Replacement

  1. The exchange request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving your parts.
  2. For the first exchange, we will send you within 3 (three) working days, the information about Post Office Postage and the shipping costs will be handled by us.
  3. Forward the product in its original packaging, as it was received, without signs of use, such as stains and odors.
  4. Include all the accessories that come with the part to be exchanged: Belts, sashes, ribbons, pendants, etc.
  5. Send the piece with the label affixed to the product.
  6. Send the invoice and write, behind it, the reason for the return.

The conditions of the parts will be met for your exchange to be approved.

In addition, in order to complete and expedite your exchange, we need the following information:

Haute Beachwear has up to 15 working days starting from receipt of the goods to resend the exchanged product(s).

IMPORTANT: For promotional products (Ex: Free Shipping or any promotional discount) that do not have manufacturing defects or exchange shipping will be the Customer’s responsibility.

Devolution

For your return to be accepted, it is important that you follow the instructions below 👇🏻

  1. The return request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving your parts.
  2. We will ship in up to 2 (two) business days, the postage information from the Post Office and the customer will handle the shipping costs.
  3. Forward the product in its original packaging, as it was received, without signs of use, such as stains and odors.
  4. Include all the accessories that come with the part to be exchanged: Belts, sashes, ribbons, pendants, etc.
  5. Send the piece with the label affixed to the product.
  6. Send the invoice and write, behind it, the reason for the return.
  7. The conditions of the parts will be granted for your return to be approved.

    In addition, in order to complete and expedite your return, we need the following information:

    In the case of returning the order with payment made by credit card, the cancellation will be approved by your card company and the reversal may occur in up to two subsequent invoices;

    We do not carry out partial return of freight in case of partial return of an order.
